Tariff not showing in either Browser or APP

Hello all,

I am not able to see tariffs & bills in my place.

"Today's electricity consumption and bill are not calculated in the report."

Why this message?

I do have the  3 phase device.

I'm sorry to cause you trouble. We checked your data and found that there was an abnormal configuration. Now we have corrected it, you can try it again.

We hope to know how you registered your user and added the place, and it may be helpful for us to know the reason for the incorrect configration.

All is fixed now.

I am really happy with the device and I am just waiting one more to complete my configuration.

What I think it happened is that in the attempt to configure de device via app through wi-if, first attempt did not went well and I ended up creating 2 places, so I removed the first one and keep the last one with the device properly configured in the wi-if network.
