2 Phase Grid + 1 Phase PV (Brazil)

Hi,
At home I have a 2 phase grid ( 2 live + neutral) and a mono phase PV. What would be the recommended setup for monitoring both systems individually?

Thanks,

Rodrigo Gaudie-Ley

Hi Rodrigo:

Please let me know whether the "mono phase PV" you mentioned is the single-phase inverter that has a live wire and a neutral line.

If so, I think one 3 phase energy meter(WEM3080T) is enough for you.
Because the three-phase energy meter also supports split-phase usage.
You can use two phases in the grid side and the one phase left in the inverter said.

But I have discussed with some of our customers in Brazil before, they said their inverter only has two live wire outputs.
If in this way, the WEM3080T will not be used in inverter side, you need an extra single-phase energy meter in the inverter side.
You can connect the live wire and neutral line of the single phase energy meter (wem3080) to the two live line of the inverter output.

Or if your inverter output also has two live wire + one neutral line.

this is the wiring diagram https://www.iammeter.com/docs/wiring-diagram#41-install-1pcs-wem3080--1-pcs-wem3080t
