After some time, my virtual meter connected to the hoymiles inverter stopped receiving data. When I try to configure it, I get a message about incorrect login details, even though I log in with the correct details that I use on the hoymiles website. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Please note, the virtual meter also has a service period time; please check whether it prompt expired.
