My wpc3700 is working fine, I can see monitoring tab on browser page and see all parameters, but on the app, wpc3700 is there on meters list but do not shows any values (no power, no voltage, no amps).

Is there something that I need to do to have readings for wpc3700 on the app?

Yes, the WPC3700 do not upload data to IAMMETER-cloud now(As we do not think it is meaningful), so it is only shown on the local mode.

Uploading the data from the WPC3700 to the cloud is not difficult, but we haven’t implemented this feature because we haven’t found a strong need for it, not due to any technical challenges.

The WPC3700 is designed to work locally, and it is intended to integrate with systems deployed locally, such as Home Assistant, or with IAMMETER products installed on the grid side. All potential use cases we've considered do not require frequent configuration changes. Since we don’t see a clear benefit in remote configuration changes, we haven’t developed this feature.
