Cannot see my iammeter in the app or the dashboard although it exists in my network

UPDATE: I have resolved it, the account I was using was an old one, having passed the meter to another one, but never noted it down. Luckily the email trail existed and was able to see that this was the case and after recovering the password was able to connect to the correct one.

I can see my iammeter in the local network (192.168.1.235, it shows as it should, all the tabs working basic, monitor, system etc.). The run mode is set to cloud.


But I cannot see it in the App neither in my Cloud Account where I do not see neither the meter nor a place.
When I try to add a meter I need to add a place. When I go to add a place the SN of the meter is required but when I try to add the SN of my meter, as I see it when I access it directly with its ip, it says that this SN has been used.

Also the connect directly to meter (http://local.iammeter.com/monitor/#/) does not work, although I give the correct ip, it reports that this ip is invalid (I have also disabled the security feature as per instructions in Chrome). (Although maybe this has to do that I have the mode set to Cloud and I haven't tried to change it because I am not interested in running it that way.)


The lights on the device are red for the wifi, and green for the operation.

My firmware version is ATV2.75.76@MX1290 as I see it when I access the iammeter directly.


Please advise.
