Unable to connect my smartphone or pc to iMeter_xxxxx.
When connecting to the network, immediate disconnection.
Hi:
For simple testing ,please try with another phone or laptop.
Some Phones would reject the WLAN connection as it can not access to the internet, please make sure that the disconection is not due to this reason.
I try to connect with poco f6 pro, sony xperia, laptop acer and my pc computer.
All respond I can't connect to wifi iMeter_xxxxx

If you use andrid, you may meet such issues as below.
Of one the method suggests delete all of the the WLAN credential that have the internet access before try to connect the WLAN without internet access
.
For simple testing, you can also use IOS system or laptop to do this connection.

After all wlan deleted the problem is the same.
Before I use EMPORIA ENERGY at the same place. The wifi connection was ok at the first time.
I am waiting a solution soon.

But before that ,let us find out the real reason of this issue.
If it is caused by the limitation of andriod system ,I think it also would be varied in different andriod version,so I am not very sure whether the method (delete the default wifi credentials )would take effect
In fact ,the strong evidence is try to connect it by a laptop, if the issue still exist when you connect to iMeter_xxx by laptop, it would be proved this is the problem of the device.
Would you mind to share me a video regarding you connect the device by a laptop? The video would help us to judge the real reason of this issue.
Sorry ,I have just reviewed your topic ,I do not note that you said you have tried with laptop.
From the video in email ,it only includes an operation by andirod system.
I will also let my colleague to follow up this issue, it may easier for attach the vidoe by email.
