Recording and graph stop working yesterday until now, connection still seem to work as normal

Not sure what the problem, could you advise?

hi, i have the same problem with my 3 phase the one phase does work...

The problem just started yesterday, The meter can read information from grid, the connection seem to be fine, I've checked through direct access using IP and see the wattage changes. 

But in the App, all graph is not working, the circling power feeding things not updated, but if go into the Overview, the number seem to be updated.

I've tried factory reset, remove place and re-add (loosing the data) it still not working..

Please help.

Hi, whether this problem have recovered?

Some meters`s uploading may be affected by IAMMETER-cloud upgrading at July 9th(SN became case sensitive after this upgrading).
We had found this problem and done a bugfix upgrading yesterday.

If it has already recovered, it may be this problem.
