Certain values and charts have stopped updating in the cloud portal

I have a single phase Powermeter monitoring system. A few days ago, it stopped updating the the Grid Consumption numbers on the overview page of the cloud interface. I have a solar pv system where I can feed back to the grid. The "Energy Exported" numbers still calculates and displays accurately. If I look at the Power chart, it also displays correctly - showing when I am a net consumer or producer of power. The issue however is that it is not calculating and saving my Grid Consumption numbers any longer. It was all working until a few days ago. I have turned the meter on and off at my Distribution Board but that has not changed anything. Where can I get support for this type of problem?

Sorry,this is caused by a bug in some batches of WEM3080.

Please upgrade the firmware listed here and then the will be fixed.
