Hi All. I've just changed ISP and have new router and wi fi setup etc.

I'm struggling to get my WEM3080 back on my network, i can see it in my iPhone wi-fi and select it in my wi-fi settings but cant remember or are able to see it beyond that in the iammeter app or on my desktop PC.

I can still see both the single phase and the three phase wem3080 in the app but they are not configured for my new network settings

It has been running perfectly prior to my network change.

If you could advise that would be great, thanks.

After the wifi credential is changed ,you should re-configure the wifi credential .

Thanks for your reply, i have followed the steps as per the wem3080 and have reconfigured the WI-FI credentials as per quickstart quide. 

Unfortunately i still cant get it to connect to my WF-FI

Please see the screenshot below which shows the browser page, i haven't shown my WI-FI password in the pic, however when i put my WI-FI password in it saves and and confirms that the changes have been successful.

Not sure if I'm missing something.....

I guess what you used is WPA3 in your WLAN setting

Please try to upgrade this firmware (visit HTTP://11.11.11.1/system.html)

After the upgrading, please try to configure the wifi credential again and check wether it will be successful.

FYI my new modem default setting is WPA2/WPA3 mixed personal.

However i updated the firmware and the wifi credentials  as per your last message and it has worked, WEM3080 back on my wifi and system running normally😀
