Doubt with meter notification

Hello everyone!

I have the WEM3080T and was exploring the notifications. I have read the settings about this and found some useful notifications such as voltaje, current, power and energy consumption. However I wonder if it's possible to customize the message that its sent via email. The actual message just says the SN and shows the value. I would like to customize this message, is there any option to do this? 


If it's not possible, I'd like to share this recommendation to the official team.

To mitigate potential risks, such as the transmission of unauthorized content through our email service, the notification content is not customizable by users at this time.

However, if you have any specific suggestions for notification content that you believe would be valuable, please let us know. If the suggestions are meaningful and beneficial, we would be happy to consider updating the notification content accordingly.

In my opinion, could be really beneficial to the community get the posibility to customize the messages since everyone has differents ways to identify their meters. For example, if I have 10 meters (and in different locations) is easier to receive a notification like:

"Hello Dear XXXX,

 Your meter (SN) at site XXXX, located at XXXX* has been offline for XXXX seconds.

Best regards, XXXX".

Now I know that specifically the meter (or one of all the meters that I have) installed in XXXX* needs to be checked. Otherwise, I have to check a dashboard just to see the serial number and confirm where is installed the meter from who I'm receiving the notification.

In other words: Is easier to remember by ourself the locations where we have the meters than receive a notification just with the SN.

On the other hand, if the web page is allowing to customize the logo, isn't it beneficial to customize the email sent with our logo too? I mean, if we can change the logo in the web page, why wouldn't be possible to send the same logo in the email? I assume we all use this service professionally.


This are just 2 benefits of all the possibles ones if we, as meters users, could customize the messages. 



"If you'd like to easily identify specific information related to the SN, please update the meter name here. By default, the meter name is set to the SN, but you can change it to something more recognizable, such as 'XXX Meter,' for easier identification."
