The cloud service is down since 1:34 am (China time).
The app and the browser dashboard have not refreshed data since and the app is not showing any history (month, day etc). All blank.
Only local data is working by typing in the device ip.
Perhaps you need to reboot or something.

The data center we used in Singapore caught fire and the database (user registered before 2023) was affected

"We have urgently created a new database. Now, all affected customers can see real-time data updates on IAMMETER-cloud, but historical data is temporarily unavailable. The restoration of historical data will depend on the recovery of the Aliyun data center issue. Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused."
