We have a discrepancy in the data on my Iammeter (meter number 88xx).  This client is a bank with consistent usage from one week to the next. We have measured the individual main areas of the premises, and we were expecting to at least get close to the combined reading we took with another Iammeter there's a massive discrepancy between the sum of the different floors I've measured, vs the total incomer (meter number 90).

Then what I found on the 150A meter (meter number 88xxx), is that I have a significant power import, but no consumption logged during the same hours, and then later in the day it's vice versa where it shows consumption graphs but no power throughpu, for example 19th June.

Hi:

1 I edited your topic and hide details of the SN. Please do not post the SN directly in this public forum.

2 I doubt you have not set the correct timezone on the second place(sn :88xx)

Please check the time zone setting of the second place.

Hi Laoliu

I've double checked, both meters were set correctly on GMT +2 (Johannesburg).

Also, the data discrepency I'm talking about, is on the same meter. I'm attaching a picture for you to see:

Hi Solarspot,

Upon reviewing your screenshot, we've noticed a discrepancy: the date selected in the date picker is inconsistent with the dates displayed on the power curve chart. Kindly check the dates in the lower left and lower right corners of the chart.

To assist us in determining the cause of this discrepancy, please provide the following information:

1. Detail your exact steps taken during the operation.
2. Inform us of your operating system and browser version.
3. Confirm if your computer's time zone is also set to GMT+2. Additionally, indicate whether this issue arises consistently or only at certain times.
