Turning off all public Cloud on WEM3080T

I need to buy the WEM3080T for the RS485 port. I just want to confirm, if I do this, can I still fully disable all/any cloud uploads and access?

I will be deploying my own local Home Assistant inside my LAN.

Is there a doc/config on how to turn it all off?

Hi:

It is easy , just select the run mode from cloud to "HTTP" and keep the HTTP address blank.
