1. Active power (kw) is incorrect value

1.1 If P = VxAxPF, then PF for phase A is only 0.15 which is too low when compared to phase B which is 0.87 and phase C is 0.69 The figure below shows the pf value using multimeter.

2. kWh shows in negative values (third line from top). What is the reason behind?

3. How is exported energy generated when we do not have PV system? How is it calculated? (fourth line from top)

4. Apart from kWh/month showing in negative values, kWh is also too high difference in terms of the actual value. (fourth line from top)

4.1 Customer mentioned that their annual monthly electric bill is only around 2,831,649.20 THB, however, the software shows 2831649 THB within 7 days. What is the reason for high kW usage?

5. How is direct self-use calculated? Any way to elaborate this graph?

please see my replies about your question

1. Active power (kw) is incorrect value

please let me know firstly, whether double CT is used? if so, what is the ratio?

This is my answer about the first qustion.

If the pf is more less than expected, the most possibility is the Ua had been connected in wrong phase voltage.
if you doubt the accuracy of the meter or there are bugs in this local system, the easiest way is connect Ua Ub Uc together, source by phase A. clamp Cta, Ctb and Ctc in same wire of phase A.
Then check whether the reading of 3 phase (voltage, current, active power) are nearly same.

2. kWh shows in negative values (third line from top). What is the reason behind?

Sorry, it is difficult for me to read Thai.
You can forward this to IAMMETER firstly(select the corresponding option in local system) and tell us whether the display problem is still exist. it is better to give us the compare pic of IAMMTER and local system(Better in English)

3. How is exported energy generated when we do not have PV system? How is it calculated? (fourth line from top)

this may be the original record, caused by the aging process before leave factory (should be reset to zero before leave factory), or first installation use wrong CT direction(make the energy counted in reverse energy). This value may be little ,just be amplified by the double CT ratio.

4. Apart from kWh/month showing in negative values, kWh is also too high difference in terms of the actual value. (fourth line from top)

The kwh/month is calculated by the the raw kwh, I will confirm the algorithm about how to compute it and reply you later.

5. How is direct self-use calculated? Any way to elaborate this graph?

Same as question 4

Before that ,please help me to answer the first and second question.
The answer of first two questions may also help us to confirm the last two questions

Hi,
According to your feedback, we have indeed found a bug in our local monitoring system ,which will calculated  kwh/period wrong.

This bug would be triggered by the setting of double CT solution.
we will arrange the upgrading recently.
Thanks for your feedback.

But why the Pf reading of phase A is so low have nothing to do with this bug.
So please do the first testing and tell us whether all phase reading is nearly same when you use the same source input .

Hi Team,
The result for low PF rating was due to my installation issue (CT and Line IN were not measuring the same phase). The problem for PF is now solve. Also, the kWh is now calculated correctly after the patch update. Thanks!
