Energy counting seems not working

Hello. I've install the WEM3080 (150A) to Monitor "From Grid" and "To Grid" energy by one single phase WiFi energy meter since yesterday afternoon.

Instant power is correctly report on the main board but all other information like sum PV from or to grid are at 0.

any idea ?

Thank you for your help.

Hi:

This problem is introduced by the timezone setting.
For some reason ,the sign up process do not get your timezone setting , it use the default (+8) setting. (Normally ,we will use the timezone of the browser and set it automatically. If this process is failed, the default timezone(+8) would be used)

When the meter upload some times, you corrected the timezone setting .
This lead to there are some kwh data stored in the database that the timestamp is several hours later but kwh data is smaller( than the kwh uploaded after correcting the timezone setting).

It had affected the kwh/hour calculation.

After the new coming data timestamp exceed the timestamp before timezone correcting, this affect would be disappear.
I think it should be already correct now.

Hello thank you for your reply. I'll check measurment with in couple days to see if all data are correct. How ever, i still have some weird data between the overview page and the dashboard. I have huge KWH gape between both pages.

Hi :

The affect of the time zone had been ended , you can check it any time.

The two pic have a difference, because this kwh/period (first pic) is calculated by IAMMETER, it depend on the first and last upload value of the period .
The kwh in second pic is read from meter directly, it will be always increasing if it is power on and have loads.

For example ,if you install the meter firstly, and then register in IAMMETER after one day.
Assume the kwh of first day is 10kwh, after you register in IAMMETER ,you will see the first pic is 0kwh but second pic is 10kwh.

Maybe you had not waited so long time to register(after the meter had been installed) ,but the modification of timezone have the same effect.

In fact, you can confirm the kwh/period in this way, this is the data graph of the second pic, you can calculate the kwh/period easily here.
