Hi,

Sorry for causing you so much trouble. The next steps may be more complex:

  1. You need to install .NET Runtime 7 on your computer. Download link: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/7.0
  2. Please download the Iammeter local program file to your computer: https://github.com/lewei50/iammeter-docker. This does not require installation.
  3. Run the following command in the program directory: dotnet IAMMETER.Local.Web.dll
  4. Then you can access http://localhost:5050 and try adding an IP address for type 1 to see if the feature works well.
  5. If the feature still doesn't work well, then I will introduce the debugging mode to troubleshoot one by one.

mi answer:Was the function working fine initially? YES PERFECTLY ONE DAYDid it suddenly stop working without any adjustments made? NO The issue you're currently encountering is indeed strange, so we need to first pinpoint the cause of the problem. You can try the following steps:In 'data logger & alarm', add a logger, input 'type1' for the IP address, and select 'Single phase' for Type. This simulates a single-phase meter mode, and you can see whether the function works normally in this

The issue you're currently encountering is indeed strange, so we need to first pinpoint the cause of the problem. You can try the following steps:

  1. In 'data logger & alarm', add a logger, input 'type1' for the IP address, and select 'Single phase' for Type. This simulates a single-phase meter mode, and you can see whether the function works normally in this scenario. ITS SAME INTHIS SCENARIO : NO GRAPH
  2. Clear your browser cache and access the page in privacy mode to see if it works normally. NO MODIFICATION , NO GRAPH
  3. Deploy a new set of Docker container services to see if the functionality is normal in the new program." I HAVE UNINSTALL DOCKER, INSTALL DOCKER AND THE NEW IMAGE 2.2 : SAME RESULT ..... NO GRAPH ( THE curent values at the top are ok all seconds ) and the push to the iammeter cloud are ok yet ! ..... BUT NO GRAPH ....

i have read that the 1second value are come in the iammeter cloud.... it's right ?

Hi,

I need to ascertain the following questions:

  1. Was the function working fine initially?
  2. Did it suddenly stop working without any adjustments made?

Good morning, I did not do anything special... closing the webpage and reopening it no longer worked. I restarted the computer, changed browser but the result is the same ... the curve is never displayed, not even an instant course ....

Hi,

It appears that there are no issues in the console.

I noticed that this feature was working well in your previous screenshot. Therefore, we need you to provide more details about the specific scenarios where the issue occurs for us to troubleshoot, such as:

  • What settings have you configured?
  • Does the issue occur as soon as you open this page, or does it appear after the webpage has been running for a long time?

Additionally, if you take another screenshot, please capture the entire webpage.

We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to your feedback.

Hi,
