Reactive and apparent power in local modbus

hi! As I saw from the cloud charts, the apparent and reactive power are there in the wem3080.

I was wondering if I could have access to those data also locally from modbus, because with home assistant I would like to plot those data.

Is that possible?

Hi:

The Modbus/TCP protocol does not include the apparent power and reactive power value.

Do you mean you see the apparent power and reactive power in the IAMMETER cloud here?

If so, the reactive power and apparent power here are calculated by such formula, not measured directly.

apparent power =U*I

Reactive power = sqrt[apparent power* apparent power - active poewr*active poewr]

we have planed to release a new model recently WEM3080TR

It is a 3phase energy meter with reactive parameters.
