After a recent internet outage, my meter appears to have frozen.....is there any way to reset the meter?

1 what is the status of WiFi led in front pannel?
2 Is there an AP named iMeter_yourSN around?
3 whether the local IP of the device is accessible.
Thanks for the reply @laoliu, however crisis averted, looks like a reboot of my router has done the trick!
