I recently tried a firmware update, sorry I don't remember the versions, now it no longer appears on my network and it has not created a hotspot.
The WIFI light is out on the device.
What are my options to recover the device?
Please let me know your purchase time . If you purchased it in the last 6 months, the power meter would not be bricked by the upgrade exception.But if you bought it earlier, the FW will not have such features ,so the power meter will be bricked if the upgrade fails (the most possibility is you start a new upgrade when the upgrading is not complete).
If this, the meter will not be recovered by the customer, we have already reminded this in the latest firmware post.
Please power down and wait 10 seconds,then power up it , and check whether the device appears.
Please also note,the upgrade will not affect the setting of the device,so if it is already connected to the router,it will still connect to it after the upgrade,so there will not an AP appear, please try to find the device in this way
