This is the second time we have this problem, after the firmware upgrade de system stop to work.

We used chrome, and got the message ota_sucessfull, but after nothing!!!?

What did we done wrong?

Do you know what is the FW version before you do the upgrading?

And how do you judge that the energy meter does not work after upgrading?


The version before 2.75.70 has the risk of bricking the device in some abnormal situation.
we have reminded this possbile risk here.

If you have already met this problem once, it means your upgrade environment may trigger this brick problem more easily than others, why do you go on to do the upgrading again?
