When I try to read the json file from my local IAMMETER I do get the following cryptic error:

{"un-register_device":"(over 100 times request return by protocol)"

It was working without any issues before. What does this error mean? how do I fix it and how do I prevent it?

please let me know the firmware version.

it seems this product does not include a valid sn, so the request had been restricted.
