Which installation must i use if i want to follow up my PV installation and also see which power I use directly while the sun is shining.
I have now 1 wem3080T and 1 wem3080.
The first is connected like a 3fase residential electrical system, and the other one like a single fase PV monotoring system.
Is this correct? The one is 3 fase and the other is single fase. The voltage is different in that way.
Must i make 2 places?

If your grid is 3phase and install a single-phase inverter in one phase , now you want to monitor your solar PV system in IAMMETER-cloud.
1 when you install the energy meter hardware connection, please refer to this wiring diagram.
2 add both energy meters in IAMMETER-cloud.
please add both WEM3080T(3 phase wifi energy monitor) and WEM3080(single phase energy meter ) into one place in IAMMETER-cloud, select the meter type of WEM3080 to "inverter" and WEM3080T to "grid"
When there is "inverter" meter type in the place of IAMMETER-cloud ,the system will know that it is a solar pv monitoring application.

The wire in the middle or black wire is connected to the UN wire and UB and UC to the same phase, so there is no K->L to the Grid Side for CT3, which means no measure from Grid into the black wire (assuming this is one of the 3phase circuit)
I have bought a WEM3080T, but still did not receive it, hence I want to be sure I can use it in a 3phase from Grid circuit, being fed by a single- phase PV, not sure if I need to buy one more WEM3080 (single phase)
Yes, the diagram in the above link is for the bi-phase system.
This seems very common in Brazil, that both grid and inverter are both the bi-phase ,then it can be measured by a three-phase energy meter plus a single-phase energy meter (because the three-phase energy meter also supports split-phase usage, so you can consider it as three single-phase energy meter).
If your system is a bi-phase grid + single phase inverter output, then one three-phase energy meter is enough.
As I mentioned above , the three-phase energy meter also supports split-phase usage, you can use two phases to monitor your grid and the left one to monitor the single phase inverter output.
