Faulty meter.
3 phase, one of the phases show voltage but no power/amps. The inverter looks to working properly. The other two phases are working fine.
Whether this is the first installation?
If so , please do a simple replacement to confirm this issue.
Install the "faulty" phase CT at the same position as the "working properly" phase CT, then check whether there is a nearly same amp reading.

One hour ago I have had the some problem. Solution was change type oof transmision protocole on TCP and "...mwtt..."
